3. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance according to your subscription. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

5. Intellectual property
CallPulse and its licensors retain all rights to the service, including software, design, and branding. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the product without obligation to you.

7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, CallPulse will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
